I arrived for a 1015 appointment. The service man said I didn’t have an appointment. He told me they probably didn’t have time to do it. I showed him my appointment time and 2 conformations on the Mychevy App. He then said they would try to work me in. What generally takes a half hour turned into almost 2 hours. While I am grateful they worked me in, I am unhappy about missing an extra hour of work.
Nolan the service writer was polite and efficient let me know cause of an issue I mentioned and they had part in stock so repaired same day
No pushy salesman better than dealership prices everybody very nice I can't think of any thing else

Staff was pleasant and took the time to get the answers to my questions. Took a little longer for the oil change than I expected.
It was a very enjoyable experience for my very first time at buying a car all by myself. My salesman was extremely nice. Very patient took the time to show me everything on the vehicle how it worked hook up my OnStar and my SiriusXM. And I will definitely go there again.
