I was previously going to Judy Hyundai. After bad experience after bad experience I wasn’t expecting anything other than to not leave my car at Purdy and get it back after a month dented and hit. Tulsa Hyundai was a complete change from what I had been dealing with. The staff were professional, kind, and showed me all of the tests as they were performed so I could see exactly what needed work. They also worked quickly and kept me looped in on what was being done. At Purdy Hyundai I didn’t get a single update or piece of info I didn’t fight for. I will absolutely be coming to Tulsa Hyundai from now on. Shoutout to Hannah specifically, she is wonderful!
Oops. I will rate her 5 because she helped us and made it right. The oil change was bad. All the oil leaked out and Hannah found us a Valvoline place to take the car as we were traveling on the turnpike.
Blaze was great, listened to all my needs, & took great care of me. The technician Mason Hewitt NEGLECTED to wash & vacuum my car, so Blaze took the initiative to stay AFTER-HOURS to wash & vacuum my car for me. Blaze was the BEST ever!!!
