I had been looking for a specific car and found the one I wanted from Thayer Nissan. I was an out-of state buyer but they treated me as if I was standing in front of them. Not many dealerships around the country can say that when you try to buy a car and you aren't even in the same city let alone the same state. The population of internet buyers (seen or unseen before purchase) is growing and they are doing a great job. Robert was willing to answer every question I had and told me everything he knew about the vehicle. Amy in the finance and title work office as well did a great job of sending me the needed paperwork and answering questions on that end. From start to finish everything went well. We agreed to a price and they shipped me the vehicle to my city. Given the date of sale and the time I received the vehicle it was a reasonable turn around. Considering they were willing to do all the leg work on that end I was a satisfied customer. Great communication throughout. They went above and beyond to earned my business, I respect that. Overall my experience with Thayer Nissan was a great one.
