Worked with Cole to trade out of my Kia into something larger, he kept me informed through the entire process. Additionally, since having purchased the vehicle, the service department has been fantastic and made the process of scheduling oil changes and handling the warranty for it convenient and easy.
Had an issue with my truck, my service advisor Amanda was on top of it. She had everything set for me when i got my vehicle down to services. Was in and out with a loaner in no time.
I can't speak highly enough of Zeck Ford and the staff that work there. I have now purchased two vehicles from Sage in the last three months. He is the type of salesman that I enjoy working with and he has created a return customer. He is honest and will point out issues with vehicles that need fixed and goes above and beyond to make sure the vehicle is in great condition prior to pickup. Sage I will be keeping an eye on the lot for a Lincoln Continental when you get a Black Label in. lol
