Russell got me in quick to service and had a shuttle driver waiting for me as I requested online. He took me behind the desk to show the alignment picture directly, and was able to get that done at same time for my convenience. This place is always worth the drive past South Point Chevrolet to keep my Silverado running strong.
Don Hardcastle is the reason I take my Tahoe to Jim Norton T Town Chevy service department to get it worked on. He has proven to be trustworthy about what is actual necessary to fix or maintain my vehicle. Always makes it easy to work around my schedule and arrange to have me picked up or delivered to my house while waiting on Service. The drivers Gustavo and Mike were awesome shuttle drivers and made the experience very pleasant
