The dealer shop was very pleasant atmosphere. The lobby area was very clean and gives a great feeling.
I went in the dealership just to walk around and look. Came out with my dream SUV. Thanks to Jacob Parker he really helped me out in a major way. I will refer him to my employees I work with.

I had never been to Jim Norton dealership before but I was so impressed from the time I drove up till the minute I left. One of the few dealerships that I have been in that didn't try to "nickel and dime" me for every little thing and they were actually glad when they found another rebate that made our agreed upon price even cheaper. Very impressive for a person that buys multiple vehicles a year.
