Shrewsbury had CPO BMW that I wanted. We had a few challenges- putting car on hold as I was away for 10 days. I appreciate the dealership/Yvonne accommodating the hold. Next, Mike talked and assessed my mileage and general driving style. I settled on only things I needed-was not pushed. They delivered the car as I live an hour away. John the car genius went over bells and whistle further customizing it to me. Here is the best part- I forgot to ask Yvonne for a few changes I required - but I already owned the car. She took car of me/it!
