Went in for a service and Cam was very professional and truthful. Had a 0745 appointment first think when checking in he said I have to be honest our techs don't come in till 0800 is that ok. Was in and out in less than an hour.

Best People in Service Department. Helped me get everything I needed and had my car fixed next day at a very reasonable price. This will be my goto place for any work done on my car. Shout out to Parker and John for making this experience less stressful.

I had my truck there to diagnose an engine light and change fuel filters. The good: Scheduling was easy and the staff was very friendly. The work was able to be completed in a reasonable amount of time while I waited at the dealership. The bad: While they had my vehicle in their shop, they performed work on my vehicle which was not related to the diagnostic code, or fuel filters, and which I did not authorize. At no point in time was I asked if I wanted to have the work done. Upon discovery of their unauthorized work, they told me the work was not reversible. For this reason alone, I would recommend caution if considering this service center. Note: This review has been edited from my original review. Within 24 hours of my original review, the dealership reached out to me telephonically. The representative was very courteous and the addressed my concerns. While they are unable to undo the unauthorized work, they were beyond accommodating of my other concerns stated in my original review. Even though the issue of the unauthorized work is a permanent grievance, based on the follow-up contact from them, I have decided to give them another chance and will have the pending needed repairs completed by their shop.
