Great experience. Easy to deal with. No pressure tactics. Honored the sale price. definitely a fan.
They just don't care. Parts department honestly told me knowing where the part for my car isn't their job. Service would sooner be caught dead than return a single call. And their sales have all the initiate of a dead turtle.
Service sucks, no communication with service person. Jeep not done on day they claimed and didn't even get a phone call. Added bonus of 3% credit card charge when paying, with no advance warning. Multiple visits for oil changes and repairs and it is always some level of BAD. Last time here, second added bonus no new window sticker after oil change....very thorough.
Will not keep their word on what they promised on a trade in. Avoiding all calls. Never can reach a management. Will never do business with again
Paid $179 for a presale inspection. Was told the front brakes were less than 3mm and it needed rotors also. Was also told the oil pan was leaking. Was given prices for both repairs. 10 days later after purchasing the Jeep, Was told by another jeep dealer that the oil pan was fine and the brake pads were 7mm and 8 mm and the rotors were fine. I have not seen one drop of oil in the driveway or garage. Either Big O is incompetent OR they are scam artists. I would never do business with them again. Additionally, the engine light went on yesterday and after having another dealer investigate, was told there was almost no oil in the engine. Obviously, Big O never checked that in their inspection.
Have used the new car dealership and service department- they were friendly and quick service.
