I recently purchased a new vehicle from Bob Smith Toyota and had a genuinely great experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially my salesperson, Mark Young, his manager, John from Internet Sales, and the finance manager, Todd. They worked with me to get a great deal, clearly explained each step, and were very transparent throughout the entire process. Overall, it was a positive experience and a pleasure doing business with this dealership.
The Service Manager at Bob Smith Toyota Erich Fertschneider is a terrible person and incredibly rude to both his customers and employees. He acts like its his way or the highway and is completely unprofessional. STAY AWAY FROM BOB SMITH TOYOTA UNTIL HE IS NO LONGER THE SERVICE MANAGER.

The salesman was very attentive, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. They had the exact car I was looking for at a reasonable price. The salesman spent a lot of time explaining all the features of the car. I could not be happier with my total experience.
