We have been dealing with this dealership for about 12 years and this was our 5th purchase. What I like most is the “no haggling” over prices like almost all dealerships do. The service dept. is easy to work with as well. Always can count on Fletch to give you the most for your vehicle. Our salesperson, Ross Hughlett, was so easy to work with and so knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased-so explaining the setup on UConnect was easy. If all dealerships were this easy to work with people wouldn’t get that dreadful feeling when going to a dealership to purchase a new vehicle or to just talk to a salesperson.
