I can’t say enough wonderful things about Autos and More. We had been searching for a new family vehicle for a significant amount of time when I came across a listing online. Being out of state, we called to see if it was still available and Steve went above and beyond answered all of our questions for us. We booked my husband an early morning flight for the next day from MD to TN to make the purchase. Steve even picked him up from the airport to bring him to the dealership so he didn’t have to pay for an additional ride. Everyone was incredible and exceptionally patient as we dealt with some unexpected hiccups with the bank. My husband was able to make the drive home the same day and I could not be more thrilled with our purchase. This vehicle has everything I wanted and more, the price was fair and it may sound silly, but with a large family, having this large van is a complete game changer in our daily life. Making this type of purchase sight unseen (of courses with the exception of the great listing photos) was a bit of a scary one, but everyone Autos and More was incredible and I don’t regret it for a second! Steve informed us we couldn't be approved for financing without buying TAPP warranty and GAP. A bold lie according to Y12. . Come to learn TAPP is owned by a friend and refuses to pay their claims. This place is ran by lying crooks. I would recommend spending hard earned money elsewhere

Was looking for a quality used vehicle for my 16 yr old son. These guys were great to deal with. My son loves his xterra and they were able to help with the financing as well. Great experience.

If you're looking for some shady folks and some lemon cars then this is the place for you. I bought a 2011 Honda Odyssey from Autos and More and now I wish I hadn't. Part of the deal was that Autos and More would replace the DVD player. To "fix" the DVD player they disconnected the battery overnight. This reset the DVD player for 3-4 days and then it wouldn't reset at all. On top of the DVD issues the transmission started slipping and jerking. This apparently caused the motor mounts to fail. These failures occurred less than 500 miles from me leaving the dealership. When I called the dealership they said that they couldn't help me and gave me a number to a place to fix it. The bottom line is that I've been out right lied to and these people are not trustworthy people. Do yourself a favor and buy a car from a reputable dealer, these guys are just junkyard dealers.
