place was clean, staff was very professional and courteous., 2 hours seemed long for an pre-registered appointment, but I understand the Saturday crew is at a minimum. courteous lounge was quite comfortable.

Jeff greeted me in the service area to have my car serviced,he went through options available for my car.

I wanted to be sure that I had new tires on a future road trip to Vermont to see my elderly father and family. I worked with the Silko Parts Department and the Silko Service Department to get four new Michelin Tires on my car with total excellence. Jeff Richard is the best service representative, along with his Manager, John, that I have seen in years on the south shore. Even with a low level of Service Department staff, Jeff Richard saved the day. As we say in the Coast Guard, Bravo Zulu, Jeff and John, for a job well done.
