The customer service and repair of my 2024 X3 at BMW of Darien was superb. I had a punctured run flat tire. They said I could bring the car right in, the exact tire was in stock and my car was returned to me later that day washed and beautiful! Jaime Gonzalez, my service advisor is very knowledgeable, patient and explained everything. He answered my question concerning the repair and other questions about my vehicle.
