Words can’t express how grateful I am to have worked with Elie on purchasing my X3. He was professional, courteous, extremely patient and I never felt pressured or uncomfortable during the buying process. As a single mom, it can be very intimidating to walk into a dealership without much knowledge about cars or the buying process. He made me feel at ease and welcome and was also very kind to my kids who came shopping with me. He answered every question I had, and was extremely willing to work on a deal I was comfortable with. He made the buying process very stress-free and worked extremely hard to walk me through the process without any snags. I would recommend him to any friend or family member who’s looking and would definitely work with him again next time I need a new vehicle. It was an excellent experience and he did a great job.
My BMW X4 was in for unscheduled service. I spoke with the Service Manger a few times, but his ongoing attention to this matter, including his follow-up explanations when I picked up the car after the service, was above and beyond what I would expect. This was all very much appreciated. After reading through the service invoice in detail the next day, I sent a follow-up thank-you note to express my sincere gratitude. The service is truly a step above the competition!
