I brought my car (2003 Envoy) in for repair in January. Paid $210 for 'repairs'(a fuel system flush), that did not fix it. Had no more money. Kept driving it because I did not have more money to give you to make more 'repairs' that still would not fix it. Now I brought it in again for the same thing and your telling me to spend $210 more on a tune up (that I already had done, also in January) and it's something that still will not fix it (I know because I already did that). So if I do not spend the $208 to 'eliminate' that as a cause, then I have to pay $110, for your time and 'skilled' diagnosis. What great service you have. No wonder your company is so HUGE- you make money hand over fist for the same problems and never fix them in the first place. Thank you, I needed a good cry...
