Michael initially took time to answer questions over the phone about the problem I was having with my Passport. Then immediately made room to get me in at 7 am the next day. Once the diagnostic was completed and we agreed on the service without hesitation he arranged for a rental car so I could get to back and forth to work in St. Pete. Then when the car wasn't done by planned date he called me and informed me before the end of the day.

As usual my experience with Regal Honda was very good. Communication, quality work and done in a timely fashion.
