Fernando was very helpful and responsive during the process of buying my first car. I would recommend this dealership.

I always get good service at this dealership and do what they recommend but I guess this time around there was some confusion in their system and recommended to me the same services I have completed few weeks earlier for 900$ worth of work, and the one thing I really wanted to be taken care of was not done ( the damaged wiper blade) . I ended up paying close to 1200$ for other services they recommended via phone, and as I am leasing the car, I count on the service advisor’s recommendations to maintain my vehicle in best shape. I hope this was just a simple mistake and not a trend they have going at this dealership. The staff are very respectful, professional but I wish if they have completed what I asked for to start with.

Courteous, helpful and professional. they answered all my questions and met the time they mentioned for the service.

The service staff was very helpful and friendly. The only issue I had was I had originally scheduled my service for the week prior. They sent a confirmation of that appointment the day before. But when I arrived they didn't have the part to complete the service. So we had to reschedule for the following week. I guess I would suggest if you are going to take the time to confirm, maybe check to see you have the parts needed. Other than that I had a good experience.

I highly recommend Gregory Hyundai. They consistently provide excellent service. The entire staff are always courteous and professional, and I maintain a high level of trust in their judgment and recommendations.
