We took our 2022 Nissan Armada Platinum to get the side mirror replaced. The first mirror that we paid to have overnighted, was the wrong one, yet they still installed it and tried to act like it was the right one. I complained, they ordered another one and replaced it. During the time between the first mirror and the second mirror, a $500 master switch was damaged. Everything points to the individual that installed the mirror. This was explained in GREAT DETAIL to the parts service coordinator , his name is Ryan, including how they tried to make my wife think that the first mirror was the correct one. The only response I received from Ryan was they apologize for how they talked to my wife, but said the switch breaking was just something we had to deal with. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE and I strongly urge anyone who is thinking about buying a car from these crooks to take your business elsewhere.
It was a very easy transition. They located the exact car that I wanted. Talk to another Nissan dealer that claims it was not within 500 miles but the car was within South Carolina
I was purchasing a used one but decided for the difference in money. I would buy a new one and that’s what we did.
Have been texting (they do not use email) with 3 managers for 2 weeks, received 3 different quotes for the same car. Additionally tried to charge 525 dollars for docs, at their website it says "525 included in price". Finally when I accepted the proposal and ask them for the bill of sales, Internet Director sent me text that the car is sold! When phoned them in 30 mins using other phone, the sales person confirmed that the car was still available. Never met such "sales people" in my life. 2 weeks lost, time, effort etc. Avoid this "dealer".
Very prompt and helpful with information and with updates. If only they were closer not 2 hours away.
