Bought a 2027 HRV-EXL last week. Tom Torres greeted me. He let me take my time and look around. Later I went back to Tom, said I was interested in a new HRV. He went over it with me. I got a great trade in value for my CRV EXL. After seeing the Checkered Flag price for the new auto. We went through all the various plans offered. (no pressure, just information. ) I bought the HRV-EXL, came back the next day with a couple of questions about the HRV. He helped me understand how some settings worked. It was a pleasant experience, again. I've been buying Hondas from Checked Flag for over 15 years (I'm guessing). I highly recommend this dealership.

I bought a new 2026 HRV Sport for my granddaughter. Carl was our salesman. He did an excellent job telling us about the HRV and getting a trade in value. I didn't feel pressured to buy any additional services. I did listen to his offers and decided to purchase the 5 year Maintenance plan for her. She's still in College, so no surprise expenses for any fluid changes, tire rotation, and air and pollen filter. It was a smooth transaction, Over the years, I've bought 4 CRVs from Checkered Flag. No complaints.

Came in on a whim looking at some cars and Conner came out, introduced himself and started showing me some civics, he was extremely professional and polite while not pushing a sale on us, just very informative on the cars and pricing. When all was said and done what initially was a trip to look at cars, I ended up driving off the lot with one. Will be sending everyone I know who is tempted to look at cars to Conner, cannot stress out good of a salesman he is.

Very courteous and kind staff. Clean and spacious, very well kept and the amenities are excellent. Connor was incredibly helpful and had excellent customer service. He helped streamline our process and made everything incredibly easy. Would absolutely recommend him for anyone looking to have a good experience purchasing a vehicle.

We called Carl after my wife had an accident with our current 2022 Honda Odessey, which was later totaled. Carl and I set up a date to talk and as usual he was extremely helpful and ready to do what was necessary to keep my wife Marie happy. We looked a few different models and she said she want to try the CRV Hybrid which we did. We went on a ride around military circle, or what it left, to give my wife the feel of the car with no traffic. It worked great, she drove us back to the Checkered Flag dealership. Carl went over all he information on the car and cost. We bought the car, and now my wife has her new ride, the first time she has had anything other than an Odessey. And as before, A Happy Wife is a Happy Life. Thank you again Carl for your help and understanding. PS, Carl took my Ridgeline and had it washed and vacuumed, while we were checking the CRV's operations and features.
