This is my follow up review. Our issue was with the sale to us of our 2022 Silverado having an issue with our bed covering not being secured properly. Well, we connected with Jim Galbraith their Customer Relations Manager. He took responsibility for the dealership and assured us he would handle our issue. He took ownership and complete follow through making sure that we were satisfied with the result. We are now happy with the service and agree that they will fix the issue and renewed our faith in the dealership. Great job Jim.
