They took an 1.5 hours to change my oil. They tried to sell me on a service that would have cost ~2k that I later found out I didn't need. When I left the dealership my car started having engine trouble. Weird coincidence or not, my neighbor had a very similar situation where his car was in a worst state than before and his insurance is now trying to hold bommarito accountable.
Tried to sell me brakes when I just put new ones on six weeks earlier.
The people at this place don't want to work and do business. I was the couple weeks ago because my lease was about to come to and end. I've been with Infiniti for 9 years. The sales person at this Infiniti dealer just couldn't help me at all. The communication was the worse. I'm a realtor and I know that clients are everything and you have to find the last option to help your clients. I went to another dealer and they took only 3 hours to do what they couldn't do in more than one week! The sales personal at this place need to get a customer service training ASAP!
