I was looking for a good used Chrysler Pacifica and identified a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica Limited online. I completed the online availability information request. The next morning I received a call from Taylor at the dealership. Very professional and courteous salesman. I told him I lived about 1 1/2 hours or so from him and I didn't want to drive to a dealership that when it came down to dealing had a bunch of unrequested add-ons. He was honest and said there was one add-on about stuff in tires that kept them from going flat. I wasn't happy about it, but if that was the only thing, I would come and look at the van anyway. I met Taylor at the dealership the next day and we took the van for a drive. It was in good working order. We went in to discuss pricing and I told him I had another meeting that afternoon and didn't want to play the back and forth dealer games. Just get me the best price he could. He left and came back and unfortunately the numbers weren't where I felt comfortable. I was running close on time and I told him that I simply didn't have time to try and negotiate any more, that there was a dealer in Houston that had the exact same year and equipped vehicle at the price I needed to be at. While I didn't want to drive to Houston, I knew I could get to the number. I told Taylor that he could go online and see that I was being truthful about the price. He was professional, courteous, wasn't pushy or angry, but said it was a pleasure to talk to me and if he could get me to the number I needed to be at that he would give me a call. I told him that would be fine but that I could not come back that day. Taylor went to work on my behalf and he was able to get the manager to match the price of the Pacifica in Houston. He called me a short time after I had left the dealer. I told Taylor I would reach out on Monday regarding the deal. I talked to him on Monday and was able to complete a credit application online and was approved shortly after. We agreed to meet on Tuesday to complete the sale. Taylor was spot on and worked to make sure the deal was ready to go. We completed the transaction and I was on my way as I had work I had to get to. There were a couple of things that I found later when I had a chance to review everything, but they were able to resolve them. For a small town dealer, I would say it was a very good experience. I felt like the team was there for me before, during and after the sale. I would recommend them for your next used or new vehicle purchase. As I mentioned I live about an hour and half away but it was worth the drive.

They are Friendly folks with big personalities located in a small town. Price seemed fair.

Well lemme tell ya, here I was thinking bi was gonna leave them a good review but as it turns out, I was wrong. I'm leaving these guys a "FABULOUS JOB" and a Top notch couple of guys !!
