My wife and I worked with Julian Chin and May Shyne at Mercedes Benz Silver Spring. They expertly navigated us through our options at the tail end of our lease. Julian and May helped us lease a brand new vehicle with a deal even more favorable than our previous lease. They are both attentive, knowledgeable, patient, and a problem-solvers. It was a pleasure working with May and Julian, they are excellent representatives of the Mercedes Benz brand, and we look forward to future business with him and MB Silver Spring.

We were on a road trip passing through Maryland when the air-conditioning on our Mercedes stopped working on a 95 degree day. We stopped in this Mercedes dealership and spoke with Service Manager Tom Rodkey. Even though we are not a customer of this dealership, Tom saved the day! He was kind, personable, knowledgeable, and was willing to have someone look at our car and change out the clogged air filter for us. Tom is the epitome of customer service!
We walked in without an appointment. Edward greeted us right away. He took care of us and got us into a 2025 GLB 250 and even gave us what we wanted on our trade in. Couldn’t be more happy with the service.
