Peter Larson and the Volvo team are on a level above top notch. They provide their customers with a touch more care and attention than what I’m used to anywhere else. There are closer Volvo service and dealerships in my area, but the Volvo team at Silver Spring are worth the time and mileage.

I had a great experience and I have to thank Hector Alvarez for that. I originally reached out and Hector got right back to me. I explained I was looking at 3 different types of cars a total of 5 models for my son. I wanted to see the 2 cars we were looking at Volvo and drive them. Once a decision was made then I would reach out to him. And he did exactly what I asked. No hard sell No have to buy today deal and a week later we bought a car. I so appreciate him

Just had my Volvo XC90 serviced at Volvo Cars of Silver Spring. I can’t say enough about my service advisor Justin Menzies. He kept me in the loop every step of the way from when I called to schedule the appointment, all the way through the diagnostic and recommendations. We talked through the service, repairs, how long it would take and he made sure I had a space to work and was well taken care of while they completed the work. I didn’t meet the technicians, but they got me up and running and on my way with no issues. I’m very happy with the service and treatment I’ve received at Volvo Cars of Silver Spring.
