Leo Medina is a very nice and patient person; he always greets every customer with a bright smile. I live in Catonsville, but I would rather drive the extra distance to the Owings Mills branch for any vehicle service.
I went into the dealership to trade-in my current leased vehicle for a 2026 Outback. Mark made this an amazing experience. He is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
