Very pleased with the servicei received. I always get great service when I take my cars to southern Chevrolet.
They took care of the problem. Offered no incentive for the inconvenience of a mistake they made in installing a transmission.First time I took it in for a diagnostic test I was told it was a muffler needed to be replaced for 1400.00 dollars. After having that taken care of. I had to take it back and then they said it was the transmission. Didn't need the exhaust after all. Miss diagnostic the first time.
Efficient, and direct Working with Dave and Zach was a breeze. There was no pressure.
Very knowledgeable, professional and to the point David worked well, he was patient, answered all questions and walked me through the process
She was very professional and very helpful. I had a situation in which I had to bring my car back up to the dealership because the issue was not fixed and she helped me get the issue resolved.
