Pleasant, efficient, responsive, courteous. The place was cleaner than some people's homes. Jalen was the consummate professional who made our experience so wonderful. The young man who worked next to him was also a pleasure to deal with.

The people at Southern Nissan are friendly and always helpful. My service advisor would always keep me informed of work progress and any problems that would arise.
Hands down the best waiting room in the area. Expert quality service with compassion. Very skilled maintenance team that informs you of needed repairs and preventative maintenance in the near future. All around pleasant atmosphere to be in. I always feel welcome even without an appointment.
Ms. Walloe is excellent. I came earlier this month and bought a brand new car. She was patient and I got a great deal for my first car purchase. Very professional, one month later and I still love my car!! I never received my second key though unfortunately, I will be up there to retrieve it soon. That is the only inconvenience.
It was fast, Roland explained everything, and made sure everything was covered under my warranty. When I texted him with questions he was fast to respond or even call. Had my car ready when he knew I was on the way.
