Excellent experience this was my first visit to Lexus the overall purchase of my car was exceptional

Salesperson (Victoria) was great the only thing that was a fail that the $1000 I’d place to confirm the deal was taking as a down payment which I had spoken to Victoria she said I would get that back and it wouldn’t use a down payment
