Northside is well managed and well presented. All the staff we encountered were courteous and helpful.
What an easy car 🚙 purchase Mike Driskill is a great salesman to work with. I would buy from Northside Lexus again.
Everyone was friendly at the desk when I walked in. Jesse did a great job of communicating with me about the car, and was very calm and polite. The only thing that could have been different was when I came the first time to test drive a TX350, he didn’t have me drive it on the freeway—just the side roads. I would have preferred also driving on the freeway. When I came back to drive a different car, I did mention then that I didn’t need to take it on the freeway—I simply accelerated there on the access road. However, at every other dealership that I visited, which were all on freeways, the salesperson had me drive it on the freeway.
Lisa was logical, informative. Took time to show us everything we wanted to see, answer all our questions and help us compare vehicles. She was straightforward. It was late afternoon and we hadn't eaten all day. She brought us food. Smart move on her part... kept us there and helped with the low blood sugar!! And I love my new car.
This was our second purchase with Northside Lexus and Mike Driskill and it was another EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. We highly recommend both Mike Driskill and Northside Lexus as their great service continues well after the purchase.
