This is our fifth Lexus from Northside Lexus. The dealership has always been great as well as their service division.
As always, Michael was great. But Northside made the trade in experience more challenging than necessary.
Best-in-Class sales and service! I just purchased my 2nd car from Northside and Lisa was fabulous! She found me the car I wanted and walked me through all the bells and whistles to ensure I get the most out of my new ride! The Service Department is another reason I keep coming back to this dealership!
From walking into the dealership until we sat at John’s desk, we were impressed! customer service began as soon as we entered the facility! John was amazing, knowledgeable and most important, very transparent! He never once pressured me into buying a vehicle which was a huge plus! We had an awesome experience picking up our car from Nathan. He always answered any questions/requests we had promptly. On pickup day he went over the basics of the car without overwhelming us. We are very happy with the car and the whole experience at Northside Lexus. Char and Mason were great too!
