They were straight shooters doing what sales people do.... make as much for the dealership (and themselves), while I did the same for myself. We made a deal that we were both happy with. This is my 2nd purchase at this dealership in 10 years albeit under different ownership. In another 10 years, I'll probably be back.

Service was good. They were short staffed, but I felt the people that were there were trying their best to help people. Ernesto helped me from start to finish was very nice and excellent at his job.

Buying a car, a 2026 Dodge Charger RT, was the best experience for me at this car dealership. I searched a number of dealership in Northern and Southern California for the lowest advertised price and thus ended up with Gilroy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I was able to purchase the car via cell phone, and finalized the purchase online. Additionally, they delivered the car to my home address, about 90 miles to my home from the dealership at no cost. Daniela, my salesperson was very professional; 10 out 10. Trust me, I am an old (77 years old) wise man, that purchased countless vehicles during my lifetime.
