I've been working with Burien Toyota for nearly 30 years, and the experience has been outstanding every time. The service team is professional and transparent about pricing and timing - no surprises. What really stands out is how welcoming the dealership feels. The staff is genuinely multilingual - I've heard Spanish, Vietnamese, and other languages spoken naturally throughout the building, which reflects the South King County community they serve. Whether you're buying or servicing, you're treated with respect regardless of your background. Efficient and effective service dept. Service was provided in a timely and thorough manner on a Saturday.
I didn’t buy my Rav from a Toyota dealer because a non-affiliate had the model/make/sunroof option I wanted with low mileage. However, non-affiliate dealerships don’t have he ability to clear former owners from the Toyota info/media system. I feel fortunate that Burien Toyota is the closest dealer to me! The were able to delete the former owner and get me set up within 45min or so. I’m no longer a ‘guest’ in my own car! With that experience, I elected to purchase an additional fob, and take care of a recent service campaign on the vehicle (2023 hybrid. The key came in next day, and dropped her off by 9:30am. By 14:30, my car was ready and waiting! Rental (loaner for this purpose) was easy and quick and I was on time to work after drop off. Much appreciated Burien Toyota Service Team- you rock! Special shout out for the festive 10/31 spirit, and gratitude for Empty for his professionalism and skill. Thanks again!

when i brought my car for recalled it was good.. they say only take 1 day to do the job but it take almost 2 days . they provide me car rental it was appreciated.. i ask quote for a cover to replace on top my hood i told them to order okay then service say the part broke then i have to wait. my understand i though i wouldnt pay extra car rental . the n service man say he would not charge for the day i come pick my rice instead he charge for 2 day when i can bring car rental on monday and pick up my ride instead i have eat the 2 day car rental. i do not like when their reset my battery . i dont understand why the service man didnt call the store to see if the part is paint but he did do that part that waste my times for whole time waiting for the part. now the dealer sent to a shop to paint i have pay the diffenet because the part didnt pain. the whole process was headache. i will never bring my ride over there again as long im still alive.
The manager, Kelly doesn’t have any knowledge about the rules and very rude attitude
