Brock was very patient in working with another Cadillac dealer that we just purchased our used car from. There were several items that were passed off as acceptable under and extensive pre-purchase inspection by the dealership that sold us the vehicle that should have been serviced prior to purchase. The service team at Cable Dahmer was excellent at finding those items and getting them repaired. We reached out to the original selling dealership for approval for them to cover the cost of items not covered under warranty. This required coordination with the selling dealership that Brock was awesome and very patient at doing so being that this added time to what would normally be a very quick turnaround on service. Mr. Ron is dope. He helped me when he was injured with this pinky toe about to fall off. I say that because even in that amount of pain, that man went out his way to help me, keep me in the loop, and made sure I not only was assisted from the moment I walked in but he made sure everything was repaired as it should be. He is polite, relatable, a gentleman, funny and overall one of if not the best service advisor I've encountered... but TBH I have not encountered anybody that I had an issue with HENCE my repeated returns!

Brock always goes above and beyond for us when we bring in or have our vehicles picked up for service. He is always straight forward on services that are necessary or can wait. He always does his best to accommodate us in any way he can.

Drew Scruggs is a great service advisor. He consistently meets or exceeds my expectations and when there is an issue, he is right there to help straighten it out with the team. Cable-Dahmer is lucky to have a service advisor like Drew!

I had a great experience working with Ashlyn and her manager. Ashlyn went out of her way to get a vehicle from a different lot across town. They were both helpful and professional throughout the process. Unfortunately we weren’t able to come to an agreement on numbers, but I appreciated their time and effort. If the right deal comes together, I would definitely consider working with them again.
