I need to take the time to emphasize what an amazing experience I endured with your locations staff. First and foremost no one wants to hear that there vehicle is undergoing a transmission failure and is need of replacement. I must say every single time I called the business I was met with professional and courteous staff. I was always transferred in a timely manner and I would honestly state that 9 out of 10 calls I was able to speak directly to my advisor Keith Mckenna . The time line from the initial drop off, the assessment, warranty involvement and repair was much longer than anticipated, but completely out of the dealerships hands. The warranty company involvement delayed progression and the back order of my needed parts were another contributing factor. I say this to say the handling and communication of the entire experience was top tier. Keith was with me every step of the way with facts, answers for all my questions and he gave me complete confidence during the entire process. I never felt left out or wondering. I have never owned a newer vehicle, I have never purchased an outside warranty or had major repairs done before on a vehicle. The entire process was constant, consistent smooth communication and updates from day one to the last day at the dealership. I never doubted Keith, the team of mechanics or the customer service girls with delivering a message to Keith. This entire ordeal happened during Xmas week and during snow storms. Keith provided a rental vehicle and support the entire way, he even assisted me with the transport company I hired to pick up my truck and ship it back to my house in Virginia. I have worked in retail and customer service my entire life and could not have done a better job then your entire staff. You guys rock. My truck drives perfect and all issues were resolved. I want to emphasize that Empire Toyota of Huntington provides truly outstanding and remarkable service. My first experience was last year when I went in for my initial inspection. I was attended to immediately, and the service advisor was professional, respectful, courteous, and accommodating. She even let me know that I could stop by anytime for service. Yesterday, I called to schedule my 10,000-mile service. The front desk staff was just as professional, respectful, and polite, offering flexible scheduling and assuring me they would accommodate my needs. Today, I called to reschedule my appointment from 2:00 PM to 11:00 AM, and once again, I received the same exceptional level of service from Jasmine. She had no problem adjusting to my change in schedule. When I arrived, the service advisor Mayreli Ventura was outstanding and took the time to explain everything in detail.
