Yesterday, I called to schedule my 10,000-mile service. The front desk staff was just as professional, respectful, and polite, offering flexible scheduling and assuring me they would accommodate my needs. Today, I called to reschedule my appointment from 2:00 PM to 11:00 AM, and once again, I received the same exceptional level of service from Jasmine. She had no problem adjusting to my change in schedule. When I arrived, the service advisor Mayreli Ventura was outstanding and took the time to explain everything in detail.
