Ruban was very kind and knowledgeable about the vehicles I was looking at. He made the vehicle trade in process a breeze with absolutely no pressure to buy anything from him/toyota. He understands that time spent in the dealership can be lengthy so he challenged my son to some rounds of UNO to help kill some time! By the time we are all done and my new vehicle was ready for me to drive off the lot, we said our see you laters and my son mentioned he had a great time and will miss hanging out with him. Overall a wonderful experience for the whole family. The dealership its self is always clean and has super friendly staff members! If you go in to look for a new vehicle I recommend asking for Ruban!
