It was easy to schedule. The communication was clear. And the time waiting for service completion was very reasonable.
Hands down the best dealership there is! Our sales man Miguel is the person to see! All the staff are friendly and very helpful. They make sure you understand everything before committing. This is the ONLY dealership we will be going to. Thank you to the financial team for helping us get into our brand new car I absolutely love it!

Toyota has always gotten our backs. Have bought 5 cars from Toyota and never have been done wrong. Every time we need service we know we are guaranteed full honesty. We will ONLY go to Toyota of McKinney for any service. People are the nicest and they do not push you towards things you do not NEED. Alex Constantino did absolutely amazing giving me knowledge about the best car for my needs. I described my budget etc and he took me to a car and it’s the one o drove off the lot that day. Would 10/10 recommend Alex and pat lobb Toyota of McKinney.
