I receive outstanding service for my car when it's bright in for maintenance. The service department, especially Joel, gets me in on an appointment immediately. I wouldn't take my car elsewhere for servicing.

Awesome service and customer friendly. Shop manager, Johnny, drove with me for 25 minutes to listen for a slight rattle so he could correct it. Robert McMillan is the service advisor I use for my warranty service and he is always professional, courteous, and thorough. I recommend this dealership for service.

Bad customer service been buying Toyotas for 10-15 years. This guy reached out to me and did not want to give me numbers unless I submitted a credit app. Which is ridiculous because I use my own bank. He pretty much told me to F off, I wasn’t going to “shop him”.

I received my first call from Ruben when I was ready to look for a new vehicle after 12 years of driving 2012 Accura MDX. In 10 minutes, I was there at Toyota of Mckinney talking to Ruben and soon after taking the test drive of Sienna 2026. Little did I know that he is the number 1 sales rep in the shop at such a young age of 22 years. Ruben is one who never leaves his customer once they place their trust in him and is always there to hold their hands and walk with them. His patience is practically unlimited. Young and dynamic person! Very pleasant to talk with and do the business. More importantly, he is the one you would want to build a long term friendship with. The company is very reliable and their service is faster. When I had a battery issue with my car, they replaced it with a new battery within a few minutes.
