My Toyota has only needled routine service. My experience with the service department has been excellent. The website is easy to navigate and make appointments. The service writers are knowledgeable and the service is competed on schedule. The waiting area is comfortable.

If you’re looking for a Toyota dealership that truly values its customers, this is the place to go. From the moment I walked in, the entire experience was welcoming, transparent, and completely pressure-free. Rodney was hands down one of the best car salesmen I’ve ever worked with. He took the time to answer every question, listened to what I actually wanted instead of trying to sell me something I didn’t need, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people, not just making a sale. The entire Toyota team was friendly, professional, and efficient. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but they made it surprisingly enjoyable and straightforward. They were honest about pricing, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure I drove away happy. I visited multiple dealerships during my search, and this one stood out by a mile. The customer service, communication, and overall experience were second to none. How much I appreciated Hunter and his excellent care. He was so busy but never left me guessing. When it was determine what needed to be done, he was clear and very helpful. Got me a car and said his mission was to have it done by Thursday. He called Me Wednesday and said it was ready. The price was what he said. Excellent representative for you. And the young lady where I paid the bill and got the car. What a great representative. Not Sure of her name. Oneall possibly but she was right on the spot.
