Susan was great to deal with, I was in and out in a couple of hours, all paperwork done and picked up the vehicle the next day. Melissa was a huge help with the financing even with my low credit rating. I have already referred a few of my customers to Honda considering I work next door at Hertz and customers that need to replace their cars sometimes ask for dealership suggestions.

Neil was an absolute pleasure to work with. It was my first lease, but I have been an owner of Honda’s for twenty five years. He made the whole process so easy. Will only use Honda Universe and Neil from now on.
