Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I got a great deal on the exact car I was looking for.
My car buying experienced at Subaru was fantastic, but my experience at the Service Department was the opposite. Cliff Wiggins is exceptional. His knowledge of the vehicle, assistance, and professionalism are top notch. His communications skills are excellent - he promptly returned my calls/texts. I would certainly recommend Cliff to others. The Service Department needs improvement. Shortly after purchased my 2025 Outback, I discovered that the driver side door molding by the sideview mirror had a dent in it. I brought it in to the dealership and they agreed to have it fixed, which they said would be easy, but it may take a week or two to get the part. While the part arrived the next day, it took me three visits, 6 hours of my time, and ultimately I was without my new car for a day and a half. I was surprised to find that communication was poor, customer service was lacking and the department appeared to be poorly managed.
The buying experience was very pleasant. James and the team ( Tom, William, and Dave ) all worked together seamlessly and with good humor to assist us. I was impressed with everyone’s enthusiastic support of one another. Nice work, everyone.
Clif Wiggins was exceptional, patient, and knows Subaru car details and actively works to ensure we get briefed on the features extensively. He didn't oversell anything, but we could tell he's a fan of Subaru, which is a great balance. He lets the car sell itself when needed, but let us in on information when we weren't sure and needed his advice. He made the whole process stress free, and enjoyable. We appreciated his honest and approachable style, and not hounding us after visiting the dealership the first time. He made us feel in control the whole time, and never lost his composure even when very busy. Also, the finance manager (Marissa Leach) was a pleasure to work with, and we enjoyed her bubbly personality. The car was an excellent buy in our estimation, but the whole process was made better by the people working there. Thanks for the great experience!
