Stay Away - they advertise GM employee prices in a bait and switch scheme to get traffic. If they're willing to mistreat you before you are a customer by advertising false prices that they have no intention of honoring unless you work for GM, it would be logical that they will mistreat customers throughout the rest of the deal. I choose to do business with people who are more straighforward.

Absolutely stay away!!! Serra has had my money for 7 days now for a vehicle we purchased and have yet to send us our vehicle!!! Apparently there is only one single truck they use for transport and we’ve been waiting a week for them to tell us when they’re shipping our car! They were in constant contact with us when trying to get our money but now that they have it it’s crickets!! Send us our vehicle Serra!!!
