Service Advisor Phil Killough was exceptional. He was kind and responsive to my daughter and I during a recent service repair. Visiting a dealership is not my favorite given you have no control over the cost of repairs. However, when you have a kind soul to help and answer any questions, it makes all the difference in the world.
