Ayden was attentive and made me feel good about doing business at the dealership. We had a great experience working with our salesperson, Shelby Ross, at Corwin Toyota in Boulder. She was accommodating with our schedule for test drives and paperwork, which made the whole process much easier. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and all the available options, and she took the time to understand what we needed in an SUV. In the end, she helped us find the perfect vehicle for our family. We truly appreciate her professionalism, patience, and expertise, and would highly recommend working with her.
Trudy was ultra-responsive to a blind inquiry from me about availability of a 2026 Toyota Highlander. I sent my query very late at night and the first thing the next morning she reached out and provided detailed information about vehicles that were en route from the factory.. Ultimately I purchased from another dealer that had a vehicle on the lot - otherwise Trudy would definitely have gotten my business.
I worked with Ed Trejo and he made the process simple and easy. He let me test drive a couple vehicles and I didn't feel pressured in any particular direction, he was extremely polite and informative. Finance lady wasn't all too kind and gave me mixed messages and poor advice. she seemed like once i said no to the dealer warranty stuff she couldn't wait to get me out of her office. i had to email her later in the weekend and she emailed the person i CC'd and not myself.
