It was fine. I would like to have been able to schedule the appointment on line instead of having to call. Had I known the appointment might have been 4 hours I would have made different plans.

I had a 4 month wait for my car and I had to tell them I was going someplace else to buy a car before the sales mgr finally took action. From there on out, good service.
You did not have the windshield for the Monday appointment which also included basic service. I was told the wrong one was ordered. I was told it would be ordered, and offered an appointment. I declined and asked for a call letting me know it was in stock, then make an appointment. I hadn't heard by Wednesday so I stopped by and was told by Christin that it couldn't be ordered until I made an appointment. Got an appointment on Thursday where the new windshield was installed.
