Your service department got us in for needed service the same day we called. Desiree was courteous and professional.
First time customer. Based on service dept will come her first fir service and probably for trade-in or purchase
Desiree Frank always takes care of me and Jesse the Wonder Dog, my service dog, at Lia Honda. She's our Service Human! Always frank concerning what maintenance we do or do not need. Always applies our military discount. Has a ride for us when we need it. We just go dine at the Blue Bonnet, trusting her to keep our precious little blue getaway car in good order, bonnet to boot!
My husband and I went to Lia Honda after looking for cars at two other dealerships. We met Chad Olech and his personality was a perfect match for my husband and I. He listened to our needs and was able to give us the deal we wanted. He was HONEST with us, something that was missing in the previous dealerships. After buying the vehicle his follow up was excellent! If we were to buy another car in the future, we would seek out Chad again, and only Chad. His communication was excellent, he was VERY knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. We rate him 5 stars!
