We were greeted immediately, Sales man was very informative, patient and answered all our questions. Service was excellent through the entire process.
When I went to the service counter, three men were working on computers. Kevin, my rep, was not at his computer. I stood there for about three minutes and finally had to ask the three sitting there, "Can I get some help"? They replied, "In a minute..." Then, about three minutes later, they asked what they could do for me. I told them my name, and they said I had to wait for Kevin. I don't mind waiting for my rep, but not being acknowledged is rude and unprofessional. All dealings with Kevin went smoothly, and he treated me with respect and professionalism—the other three were not very professional.
Kevin was wonderful. I had a warranty issue. I dropped off the car around 3:00pm and he called me about an hour later, told me what the issue I was. He called me the next day around 8:30am and said it was ready to go. Less than 24 hrs turn.
A little chaotic because of construction but otherwise satisfactory and customers were taken care of.
My sales associate was willing to go the extra mile. Very professional without the high pressure tactics.
Rick and Manny are amazing. This is my 7 vehicle I purchased from Westside KIA.
