What Others Say

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Brad at the auto service center. He is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. I had brought my vehicle in for a recall repair, and Brett immediately identified that the windshield needed to be replaced before the recall work could be completed. Instead of simply sending me away to handle it on my own, Brett went above and beyond. He helped me find a reasonably priced windshield replacement, arranged the appointment for the very next day, and coordinated everything so smoothly that both the windshield replacement and the recall repair were completed without any inconvenience to me. I am truly thankful for Brett and the entire team for their outstanding customer service and for making the process stress-free. Their support, efficiency, and professionalism are greatly appreciated.

I have a 2020 Ranger (bought new) that had a transmission failure at 89k. It have kept it's regular maintenance. The 10-speed transmission in Rangers and other Ford have had major problems with the CDF drum causing early failure. It was so bad that in 2022 Ford remanufactured the part and you can no longer get the old CDF drum part. There have been numerous lawsuits, settlements and much more pending causes because of this issue. It was confirmed that it was my CDF drum that caused the failure of my transmission. I was made to believe that Ford would be covering the repair. Everyone I spoke too agreed it was too early for the transmission to fail. I had already gotten a quote from another mechanic for replacement and it was $7500, the dealership wanted over $10k to replace. Since I thought Ford was covering, and they would only cover the cheapest option, we went with a rebuild for $5800. After the transmission was pulled apart, I found out they wouldn't only cover $3000 and I was stuck with a $2800 bill. I will never own another Ford again.

The work was done well and I was kept up to date on progress. Having a vehicle loaner was great.

Brought in my 2021 ford Explorer - super clean. They hooked me up with a 2025 F150. I needed running boards installed and they sent their guy Austin to the house picked up the truck and brought it back in record time! Easy peasy now to get into the new truck!!! Thank you so much!!!!

Incredible attention. Tom was super helpful and got us the car we wanted, at a competitive price. Efficient and super friendly team.

One of the best visit. Friendly and very knowledgeable service place.. I will recommend and use this dealer again.
