Recently purchased a truck from this dealership and our service was great! William was very amazing, kind, and helpful! He made sure we had all the information we needed and ensured we were happy. He stayed until 10 pm on a Friday just to make sure we were good! Thank you very much William! Highly recommended!
Best vehicle purchase experience I've EVER had. The sales team were on their A Game. Professional, Courteus and worked toward the best deal. Love these guys! Michael Mayer, Sales and Michael Annab, Sales Manager wasted no time in helping. So happy we went to Monument Chevrolet and found these two diamonds!
Beware if purchasing a pre-owned vehicle from here. Bought a gently used Jeep Gladiator that had a few aftermarket parts and suspension where I was told it went through a thorough inspection. Of course the test drive was fine. However, I am no expert on Jeeps and when I got home and went up the small bump to get in my driveway, the suspension made a terrible noise. Called monument immediately and asked if they would take a look at it. My salesperson Hana said take it to Jeep and they could not do anything. I finally talked them into at least looking at it since I just bought it. I drove an hour to get back to them and they took a quick look and said all is good and they could not find anything. So, I took it to a local place near me and right away they told me many things about the suspension and how it was done poorly among other things. They showed me the makeshift spacers utilized and how this was causing the whole front end suspension to be off and causing the rubbing/hitting noise. They also showed me where there was a rats nest plugged into the OBD and the OBD was not even mounted where it was supposed to be. I know the power steps plug in here but there is another plug which may be the auto start/stop as the Jeep never auto stops when at a complete stop. I decided to go ahead and have the suspension redone with the correct parts for about $850 which fixed the rubbing/banging issue. So, I called Monument back and spoke to Aaron one of the sales managers and asked if this vehicle was really checked before being put for sale as I am about 99% it wasn’t. He continues to tell me that it was and then says I need to talk to service and transfers me over. I speak with a woman and tell her everything. She says she will get with the service manager and see what they can do to make it right. She calls me back and says Monument will do nothing about it and I bought it as is. I understand it was a pre-owned vehicle but it is a 2023 with 5500 miles on it. Monument will not stand behind what they sell even only having the vehicle one day. I would suggest going somewhere else if you are looking for pre-owned as Monument clearly does not do a rigorous inspection as they told me they did.
I was in a real bind and needed cash so shopped around to sell my new Jaguar XE. Everybody (auto dealers ) tried to lowball the value. They all offered on price then dropped the offer by thousands. Mr. Boscoe Deas treated me with the utmost respect. The offer i got was only lower by $300. Fabulous people and company.
Flawless. Best experience in the 35+ years of buying vehicles. If in need of any commercial vehicle, go see Blake Murray. He and his manager are can do. Was in and out in less than 20 minutes; not one complaint
I purchased 6 vehicles over many years from this dealership. I don't understand how anyone could write a bad report about their sales, customer service, body shop, finance department or anything else dealing with Monument Chevrolet. From when I had to have a small budget to the more expensive rides they have always managed to get me in a dependable vehicle and helped me maintain it till it was time to trade it in for an upgrade. I ask anyone who wants a great car at a great price to give them a chance. Now, In regards to the service department, Bill and Keith are second to none in the way they take care of you and treat you. Monument's service techs are top notch!!! They wont over charge you by getting you to pay for things that don't need fixed. Also, always get the job done fast and right.
